When working with Text or Stroke you want to turn them into outlines before submitting artwork. Here is an example on how to in Adobe Illustrator.

First select your fonts and Strokes.
With your fonts and outlines still selected, Go up to object on your menue Bar then select Expand.
Once you hit expand this menue will pop up, Check off all three options. Hit OK
